Elaine Roth is a Registered Nurse and a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a M.A. degree in Marriage and Family Counselling. Her training as an individual and family
counsellor has included family systems work, solution-focused and narrative therapy, Gestalt training, depth psychology, body-centered psychotherapy, EMDR and advanced training in working with trauma. Her nursing experience has created a
lifelong interest in healing and the mind-body relationship.
She became interested in neurofeedback in 2000 at the urging of a physician who had been following the field for many years and saw its potential as an alternate
approach for people dealing with depression, anxiety and chronic pain. She began using neurofeedback in her practice in 2002.
